This meditation course with Ragna covers the basic and beyond. Everyday mindfulness tips, meditations and guidance on how, when and where to meditate and for how long are included in this course. As well as how to activate our soothing system and how to create tiny habits that bypasses our subconscious mind so we can do more of what we like to do (and not only the to-do list).

Meditation Course

This meditation course will give you all the information and the foundation you need to start practicing meditation (again). 

It goes from mindfulness to Yoga Nidra - a sleep based meditation. In between the basic information you need you have meditations and teaching about how the mind works and what helpful ways are available to us in every moment.
